Properly is an AI-powered property management platform that facilitates communication between landlords, tenants, and vendors via SMS and web interfaces.
3. SMS Communication
By providing your wireless phone number to Properly, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- properly may text you with account notifications, maintenance updates, and service alerts.
- You are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity and portfolio size.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the short code or number.
- For help, text HELP to the short code or number.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Properly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
